company projects and owned property activations.
Description:
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. For Soccer is a remote workforce and schedules will be determined in collaboration with the employee and their manager.
Expectations:

Contribute to uncovering insights, developing business plans, creating strategic POVs
-
Develop, copywrite, segment, publish and optimize email and CRM communications
-
Test, learn and roll-out differentiated and impactful marketing strategies / materials
-
Drive the implementation of direct-to-consumer (D2C) and performance marketing e- commerce campaigns that meet property objectives
-
Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of 1 st and 2 ndparty market data for short- and long-term insights, forecasts, concepting, etc.

Contribute to the development of event / experiential environments and social / digital promotions that help drive lower-funnel business goals

Work closely with the New Business, Project Management, and Category / Client leaders
to support and elevate client work -
Manage team budgets and expenditures

Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies

Build long term relationships with staff, clients, partners and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
-
5+ years’ progressive experience working in a marketing role at an agency, brand, media company, sports or entertainment property
-
Direct experience in data analysis, email marketing, D2C & performance marketing, e-commerce, social media metrics and/or business intelligence work

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications

Interest in the fundamentals of traditional PR with a desire to evolve and grow into more contemporary PR lanes / opportunities

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

In depth knowledge of market research

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong proficiency in Google Suite and project management software utilization
