We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Account Manager and provide day-to-day stewardship of client relationships along with end-to-end project management.
Description:
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. For Soccer is a remote workforce and schedules will be determined in collaboration with the employee and their manager.
Expectations:

Oversee all aspects related to the successful performance of company client responsibilities

Act as key liaison to Clients administering excellent client service

Provide on-going thought leadership to Clients and partners

Participate in the development of marketing campaigns based on client briefs

Manage internal and external project team members
-
Communicate with external soccer properties and media companies
-
Create and manage all processes and templates related to client briefs including workback trackers

Steer the overall execution of all project tasks

Write status reports, agendas, and maintain external project management documents

Lead client status calls
-
Prepare, manage and track project budgets
-
Prepare activation performance reports and program wrap up reports
-
Deliver measurable results to the client and provide post-project reporting and ROI analysis

Work closely with the New Business, Event / Experiential, Creative Studio leaders to support client deliverables

Build long term relationships with staff, clients, partners and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
-
5+ years’ progressive experience working in a marketing role at an agency, brand, media company, sports or entertainment property

Direct experience in account management for multiple projects

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong proficiency in Google Suite and project management software utilization

Keen attention to detail and adherence to established process

Outstanding project management skills

Ability to problem solve on your feet

Solid understanding of the soccer landscape (prominent domestic + global leagues, tournaments / competitions, teams and players)

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred – not required
