ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, adaptive individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator, providing our internal team and external clients with excellent project management and sponsorship stewardship.

Description:

This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. For Soccer is a remote workforce and schedules will be determined in collaboration with the employee and their manager.

Expectations:

  • Work closely with internal team to deliver Client services

  • Assist in the day-to-day client liaising inclusive of client status, direction communication, etc

  • Assist in overseeing sponsorship deliverables across multiple properties

  • Manage inventory of sponsorship assets and fulfillment during client terms

  • Support in the creation and implementation processes and templates related to client briefs

  • Support the management of all aspects of brand integration from creative design, approval processes, onsite integration, etc based on sponsorship agreement

  • Assist in the overall execution of all project tasks and deliverables

  •  Write status reports, agendas, and maintain external project management documents

  • Assist in performance reports and program wrap up reports

  • Participate in delivering project results to the client and provide post-project reporting and ROI analysis

  • Build long term relationships with staff, clients, partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years’ progressive experience working in a marketing role at an agency, brand, media company, sports or entertainment property

  • Experience in an account management supportive role

  • Sponsorship knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite and project management software utilizationDirect experience in account management for multiple projects

  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to established process

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Ability to problem solve on your feet

  • Solid understanding of the soccer landscape (prominent domestic + global leagues, tournaments / competitions, teams and players)

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred – not required
